Vericose Veins:

   In this generation nearby 80 percentage of peoples have an knowledge about Vericose Veins. Vericose Veins are the common most enlarged veins mostly occur on the legs and feet. The exact cause of Vericose Veins are not known.



Mostly occurs:-

  Vericose Veins are mostly occur to an women's than the males. This is because Hormones tend to relax vein walls. So changes in hormones before a menstrual period or during pregnancy or menopause might be a factor.

   In some time it may also occur as an             Genetic

                  Over body weight

                  Prolonged standing

                  Older age etc....


Excersie For those :-

    Mostly 90 percentage of peoples with Vericose Veins are undergo for an operation/surgery.

   In this I have an 3 Excersise ideas for the Vericose Veins. I hope this exercise was useful to you.

    1. Leg raising

    2. Cycling both sides 

    3. Toe standing 


1. Leg raising:-

     This leg raising was two types of 1. Both legs raise 2. Alternative raise

  (!) Both the leg raising :-

       Lie on the floor and relax your body. Now slowly raise your both the legs upto 90⁰ wihout bending your knees . Maintain this position for 15 seconds and then release. Repeat the procedure for 10 rounds.


 (!!) Alternative raise:- 

       Lie on the floor and relax your body. Now slowly raise your right leg 

upto 90⁰ wihout bending your knee, then down the right and raise the left leg as same . Do it in alternative way . Repeat this for 15 to 20 times as single set put daily 5 sets.



2. Cycling:-

      Lie on the floor and relax your body. Now slowly raise your both legs and perform cycle pedaling movement on both forward and Backward . Do it in forward 50 times and Backward 50 times and then relax.


3. Toe standing:-
   (!)   Sit in the chair as placing the foot on the ground. Now slowly raise your heel without lifting The toes. Do it in an alternative raise. Do it for 15 to 20 times as single set. Repeat the procedure for 20 rounds. 
 

  (!!)  Stand on the floor with legs are at arm level and place the hands on your hips. Now slowly raise your heel and balance your body on the toes. Repeat this for 15 to 20 times. 
 


   (!!!) Stand  on the floor. Now slowly raise your right leg and balance your body on the left then slowly raise your heel and balance your body on the toes of left leg . Repeat this for 15 to 20 times. Do the same procedure on right leg .
